Comida Criolla (Creolle Food) is the name given to customary Peruvian Dishes. Peru is country with major diversity in its cuisine. Peru has an amazing and flavorful cuisine that has influence from both local and immigrant traditions.It is beginning to make a name for itself across the world. Foods that were prepared by ancient civilizations (inca) are still enjoyed today, while typical Peruvian dishes also derive from European, African and Asian influences.

- Ají de Gallina- thin chicken strips served in a savory creamy yellow sauce made of milk, bread, parmesan cheese, yellow Peruvian chilies (aji amarillo), garlic, pecans or walnuts.
- Papa Rellana-it is a croquette with spicy beef. The ground beef is stir-fried with onions, tomatoes, garlic, black olives and hard boiled eggs, and the mashed potatoes are molded around the meat.
- Pollo a La Brasa- chicken marinated in a mixture with vinegar, dark beer or soy sauce, salt, pepper, chili, and rosemary
- Tacu Tacu- a mix of rice, beans, bacon, onions, and spices. It is formed into a pancake and stirfried.
